Recruit Wealth are delighted to be representing a highly successful Wealth Management business based in Thames Ditton.
Our client provides a truly holistic service across financial planning, wealth management and investment management and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to support the wealth management team in delivering exceptional service to clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in client servicing, portfolio administration, compliance, operational support and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Service & Relationship Support
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including KYC/AML checks and account opening documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date client files, investment mandates, and regulatory records.
- Respond to client queries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Portfolio & Investment Administration
- Process investment instructions as instructed.
- Support preparation of portfolio valuations, performance reports, and investment proposals.
- Assisting IFA with research and running reports on FE
- Building suitability reports and preparing for client review meetings
- Organising fund values, LOAs and portfolio builds
- Operational & Financial Support
- Liaise with investment platforms to ensure accurate settlements and reconciliations, Process payments and transfers in a timely manner.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct AML, KYC, and due diligence checks in line with internal policies.
Administrative Support:
- Diary management
- Provide general administrative support to advisors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with wealth management operations, compliance, and client servicing.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/portfolio management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
All applications will be considered by those who can evidence at least 2 years Paraplanning experience and Diploma Level 4 qualified.
